I am sure this is a very good company, look at the reviews. Unfortunately for me though, my experience wasn’t great. Bought a mountain bike for £1750 via finance, despite putting down a decent deposit. On acceptance I had no idea if my order was placed and had to chase which took 48 hours or so. I found the response to my queries quite curt via email. I.e. no niceties. On receiving my bike, I was unsure if my tubeless tyres had sealant in them, and despite having a live chat function, nobody was ever present and I’m still waiting on a reply. Finally, despite registering on the site, my order history is still showing as empty. Moving forward I’m not sure I’d buy again or buy any extras for my bike. Bike is great though but it’s the same price on all other established bike websites.

Transaction with leisure and lakes was good but royal mail was used for delivery and left the carbon handlebar on the front door step as nobody was in . Luckily it wasn’t taken but the delivery option should be signed for .
