Works great! I got the standard VersaGripps in gold trim. Definitely measure your wrist before ordering!! They not only reduce the fatigue on heavy rows and deadlifts, but also have a perceived stability increase on bench and overhead press. I struggled trying to find a decent wrap that was easy to use and stable. THIS IS IT!

They don't work as well with sweating hands.

Amazing product! I had never used anything other than straps, but while watching Renaissance Periodization on YouTube they were always talking about them so I finally gave in and ordered a pair. Used for the first time last week and was simply amazed how much easier and faster they are than straps. I would recommend to anyone. Takes a lot of strain off arms and delts while doing back and shoulder workouts.

These are really good to use and feel solid, but they start to slip once my hands get sweaty. I’m not sure if it’s because of the size and maybe I should’ve gone with smaller ones, but unless I cinch them down really tight, the wrist part tends to move around too much.
