It takes like 3 - 4 uses for the leather to bend up but once it does, you can do pull-ups with complete lat activation without having to rely on any grip strength. They are also good for Bulgarian split squats, especially if you go heavy and need to focus more on what your legs are doing.

These help alleviate strain on my wrists while doing lunge walks, dead lifts, pull downs, Bulgarian split squats, etc. My wrists do not hurt during or after and I’m lifting heavier than a month ago! I’ll have mine for a long time for sure. I’m also glad I got the women’s size. My hands aren’t particulary small but they aren’t big so it’s a perfect fit. My only complaint is that the color schemes for the women’s grips are outdated. Why can’t I have fun colors like the men? Orange! Red! Green! Still, they are excellent!!

These are that 5% that will add size with time. I’d even be so bold as to put them in the same camp as creatine in terms of supplementation to training.

The store and customer service was fine. My wrist are 7 inches diameter and I ordered the small classic. They fit my wrist but I didn’t understand the importance of the palm pad being longer on the other Versa grips. If I would have known I would have gotten the next level up just to have more material wrap around the bar. I had a biopro thumb implant last year and I’m interested I’m being able to do deadlifts again. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong versa grips.
