This is my second pair of versa grips straps. If I hadn’t have lost one of my straps, I would not have had to buy a second set! They last through lots of use. I love them.

Takes a lot of practice to get it wrapped correctly one-handed. But it really helps relieve pressure on hands. Stay with it, persistence works.

Versa Grips have been a game changer for me. Working out is now so much easier and I can lift heavier weights without my hands getting tired.

I got the extreme but i find myself reverting back to my classical straps.

Instantly added 2-3 reps to my cable rows, and like 5-10 reps to my dumbbell shrugs lol. I can push harder and build more muscle when grip is taken out of the equation. 100% worth it

I've had my share of grips buy the Versa Grip Xtreme is by by far in a league all to itself. There is no better grip available. Like I said I've had my share of grips but these Xtreme grips are incredible.

Everything Dr. Mike said about these is true. They do come from space, they make you more jacked immediately upon pressing buy, etc, etc.

fan of how effective they are at holding on. I just wish my exwife used versa grips on our marriage. The wrist wraps are a bit small for my liking it feels like my soft little baby wrists are being manhandled by Dr Mike’s rough calloused grippers.
