I was disappointed to discover that Corkcicle will no longer ship to Canada for warranty issues. I've also found that lately the products I've purchased are not the same quality as my earlier Corkcicle purchases. It's making me hesitant to continue to purchase Corkcicle products.

Fast shipping cool stuff to order

Straws were too short for my 40 oz tumbler

I ordered two slings. Unfortunately, only one was delivered. I contacted Corkcicle to address the issue. Once I provided information Corkcicle requested, the second sling was delivered. I am only rating the service a four because both slings should have been delivered the first time. This was not a complicated order. The customer service representative was great and willing to assist.

The ceramic layer is new and a great improvement because the cup can be put in the dishwasher. Love it.

Really like Corkcicle but please please go back to making color coordinating lids, especially for the mugs!!! Would be great to see a dark brown for the walnut colored mug. I don't mind buying them separately but please make them and then offer on the site.
