Less than thrilled with this order. I wish I would have given it more thought before purchase. Extremely heavy, even empty. The bottom is rounded making it very east to tip over. The latch is also difficult to shut and i see it wearing out quickly.

Original product I purchased had a defect and they provided replacement immediately- my coffee mug keeps my drinks so hot I almost don't even need use the lid! I love the bright color of the item I chose and the feel of the exterior, it is soft and smooth without feeling tacky or uncomfortable and allows for good grip in the hand like some other products I've tried. The website was easy to maneuver to go through the warranty process and pick my product. Shipping was fast and packaged safely.
