Please be very careful with ordering item from corkcicle. The product tends to have poor quality control. Some of them might break just few weeks after the warranty. The customer service also very poor. They don't care if you are loyal customer who reguarly had purchased your product multiple times, they will just ignore the complaint and give you 20% discount code for next purchase (not solving any problem at all). I cannot see myself purchasing with this brand ever again. They are much better subsitute that actually take customer satisfactory much seriously.

I had purchased the Darth Vader commuter cup. Everything about this is great and meets the standards advertised. I use this for my morning coffee and it keeps it hot for hours. The rubber grip makes it easy to hold with out slipping out of my hand. The bottom has a nice rubber pad that helps it sit secure in my vehicles cup holder. My only downsides are, I wish they made this in a 20oz. size and it would have been more clear that this is a Star Wars edition if there were more distinct designs showing that it is a Star Wars edition.

Could not return the cooler I purchased after realizing it is so heavy i cannot lift it. I cannot even use it.

Love the design but disappointed it doesn’t fit in my car’s cup holder like they advertised. I have other cruisers that fit but not this one. Bummer.

24oz lids fit perfectly

I had an issue with a particular cup and worked with customer service, ( Catherine ). It was resolved and I was taken care of. Great products and service to match.

I started collecting because finding Captain Marvel drink ware was difficult at best. Then I branched into more items because of the quality. My coffee stays warm, cold drinks keep cold. I’ve also made a lot of purchases for gifts. Definitely recommend.

The coffee mugs I ordered are well made and the gift recipients will be delighted. I sent an e-mail to customer service with my order number about 2 missing mugs from my order with no reply. I am highly disappointed.

My items came quickly and the box was packed so well that nothing moved. It was freat.

I didn’t receive my item- the address was deemed faulty and it was returned to the warehouse. I reached back out to customer service and never heard back and never received my item.
