Initially love the color and style of the bottles. I was thrilled to see there was a Harry Potter theme. I immediately washed my water bottle and small cup upon receiving them. Despite my best efforts though, the bottle came with an unpleasant smell that could not be washed away. Can’t use because the smell is offensive. Not sure what happened or if it’s due to the packaging.

Accidentally ordered something incorrectly, which is on me, but then seconds afterwards I attempted to cancel the order. Not only would their system and customer service not allow me to immediately cancel but then if I was return it after the fact I am now out nearly $25 of fees and shipping plus would then need to pay shipping back. Absolutely horrible way to handle orders. Overall they make great products but this really has deterred me from ever ordering from them again.

I use this for when I run errands and it is the best cup I've ever owned. I love how it does not spill or leak and If it falls, there is no damage. Definitely bring it with me everwhere I GO.

The tumblers quality is horrible i bought the one with the plastic lid and it leaks when very slightly tilted and its not even full!!!!!

I have nothing but good things to say about these products! The GO Cup XL has exceeded all my expectations. No spills, keeps your drinks ice cold and the perfect size for easy carrying. The Eola cooler bag as well is just perfect. I have never been able to find the perfect sized cooler bag, and this is just it! Easy to carry with the 3 strap options, easy clean up and does the job buy keeping drinks and snacks ice cold! I love corckicle and everyone should buy their new line!
