the product is great, but the billing is torture. It took me over ONE YEAR to straighten out the billing, and my bill was sent to COLLECTIONS!

I am in a wheelchair - when my husband fell and was screaming in agony, I pressed the button on my necklace and help was on the way. I would not have been able to dial the phone for help.

When you receive a call
When you receive a call from Medical alert it comes up on your phone as ( UNKNOWN) one would assume it is a spam call ???? When you listen to the voice mail they ask if you have any questions to give them a call. Upon calling them back nobody answers. Would not and have not been recommending them to any one else! Extremely disappointed in the service.

Look elsewhere to protect yourself
Purchased a Med Alert system in August. Uncle passed first week of September, we returned the box unopened 9.5.23. On 10.3.23 I called & verified they had received the product back & sent a copy of death certificate. Was told refund would be sent 5-7 business days. Still waiting on refund. If no refund by 11.3.23 will report as fraud & have my CC reverse the fee. Pretty sad to take advantage of families at a time like this.

There is no way to
There is no way to tell between testing if the device is working. We have found many times that the device has turned off, so the fall detect does not work....which was the case when I fell and it didn't alert anyone. BUT it is very good when it works and you need it to call 911 for you.

Great product. Kept my dad
Great product. Kept my dad out of nursing home. 93 and lived at home by himself. Would recommend this device to anyone considering using any of these services.
