This really helped and response team was always much faster than calling 911.

I had to use Medic alert twice within a forty five time period. The first time I couldn't hear what the operator was saying so I just kept saying "Help, I came get up.". The second time I could hear the operator and received help quickly. I was pleased with the quick response to my request for help.

I did not have to wait long for the medical professionals to arrive. My Medical Alert pendant worked perfectly for me. Thank you for your superb service.

Once I hit my Medical Alert button, they contacted my family immediately. The firemen were called down and they came as soon as they were alerted. Everything was very fast and efficient.

The alert system worked as I hoped it would. My mother had a scary incident which a non-stop nose bleed. Her system was activated with first responders alerted as well as notifications to my cell phone. I am very glad that I got this system for her and it gives me ease of mind knowing she can get help when needed. I highly recommend it!

too easy to accidentally push the button on necklace and bracelet. Need a better design. My mom cannot wear hers because of it, so is not good for my mom in that regard.

Triangulation took too long to find me. I was not at home, when I fell. I was in the parking lot of a doctor's office, 3.5 miles from my home. Thankfully, someone had a cell phone by which they called 911. The Medic Alert device was still trying to triangulate my location, when the EMT's were already arriving on the scene.

I have only had to use mine once but it worked great!

We were pleased and thankful with the quick response when we called Med Alert to get him off the floor.
