Very comforting
Only complaint is excessive false alarms for detecting a fall. I guess too many is better than missed falls. All in all, service is great and a great comfort.

They quickly got EMS to
They quickly got EMS to me. They gave them the code to my lockbQox. I was trapped in a canvas chair. that tore and collapsed. I couldn't move and could only get shallow breaths. My knees were up to my chin. Thank heavens I had my button on.

Be Cautious.
It alerted the service but acknowledgement was in another part of the house where I could not hear what they were saying. Luckily I could get ahold of my neighbor. The EMTs gave help which was needed.

Was very satisfied with my dizzy spell that sent me to the floor. Could not get my self up as was to weak. Fire and EMT were. There in no time. Thank you for your assistance.

AFTER THE FALL
When I fell backwards, Medical Alert sent the rescue team who took me to the hospital to dress my leg wound.

I was in terrible pain.
I was in terrible pain. Called the paramedics and they were here in less than 10 minutes. Took fme to the hospital where the surgery saved my life.

She insisted on how it was made and a lot of other insane questions; this is after I had told her how. She just went on and on and I just could not get a word in; so I finally hung up. peter morales
