Only issue we have is that the wristband seems flimsy and doesn't stay on. Otherwise very happy with the service.

There was a full ambulance response but came too late as neighbor took me to emergency. Still it is reassuring! Your contact with ALL the names on my list for responders was a bit much, and confused people. Yvonne de Miranda phoned you and specifically told you that a neighbor was already on his way to emergency with Paul. The ambulance is only if none of the notified people have responded back to you. Thank you nonetheless. I still do not know how far in the house my voice response works when I set off alarm. How close to the alert box must I be for it to work? Paul Kovalchuk

How do I discontinue the add’l $5.00 on my monthly bill.

Medical Alert is my protection from falling. It is very sensitive to possible falling. It works very well in my house.

Help arrived quickly and got me to the hospital .

Takes 1minute to talk to a person then they ask alot of questions recently I had a heart attack and could hardly talk I really didn't feel like talking Need faster response time

Response was prompt and efficient. I'm just getting home from the hospital and rehab. I've had the service for two years without needing it, but was really glad I had it this month.

Excellent results!

Medical Allert did not detect my fall. I finally managed to press the button with a broken arm. Even then the response was slow. When I accidentally bump my necklace I get an immediate response. I expected the same response when I really need Medical Alert.
