Excellent service from MD, and Clare!

Right hearing aid won’t stop beeping no matter how many different ways I install it.

I was very pleased with how fast I received my order. Although (2) hearing tubes were missing from my order, I called customer service, they immediately sent my missing items. Thanks for your prompt service.

Replacement aid arrived. It is working as expected. I will return the Box Monday after I try the new one out over the weekend.

I am having problems with right hearing side don’t seem to get it from loud noise

The neighbors are working just fine lot better than what I used to have. At least I’m adjust the volume and different settings. Thank you.

I have been using these aids for 2 weeks. I am very pleased. I have had hearing aids in the past from miracle ear, and other providers including a behind the ear style. Frankly I gave up on them and stopped using them several years ago. Took a chance on these. Took some time to properly adjust the level and volume button but I am settling in and they are actually providing with a good experience so far.

The AIDS are not comfortable in my ears.

i can't seem to be able to take a picture of them in my ears.

I can’t get them to work. Every time I put them in there is so much background noise. If someone drops a spoon it is so loud

Having difficulty changing volume and program…get a lot of screeching so go back to lowest setting. Will call for advice…

We are so excited by these hearing aids after doing a lot of research have performed beyond our expectations. My 90 yr old aunt is very satisfied in fact thrilled with the quality as is the family

Received the new hearing aids and I am very happy with them. They are small and very comfortable to wear. The quality of the hearing is excellent. I couldn’t be happier about the whole experiance.
