Still adjusting. Works so far.

Everyone pays attention to the patient. They go out of the way to make your journey easy and quick. You receive your hearing aids within a few days. Then they will help you with any problems and concerns.

It’s been two weeks now. My father loves his hearing aids. He loves being able to adjust the settings on the app. But I think our favorite part was that it was so affordable.

Seems to work when correctly placed in the ear which sometimes is a challenge. The correct settings is sometimes a challenge as well as the plastic cap which are black. I would prefer the transparent ones

I am frustrated. I like the hearing aids but I can't use the app. every time I want to use the Dashboard, it won't let me in. Instead it sends me a massage that either the left or right hearing aid cannot be found. This does not allow me to use the app to change the setting or raise or lower the volume. When I push the "Search again" button, it doesn't work. I keep getting the same message even though I'm either wearing the aids or they are in the charger case. This makes no sense.

My wife tells me she is glad I got them, because we can have conversations in a moving car now. Me, the feedback and settings I struggle with. No matter how many times I punch the buttons, they sound the same level to me. I cannot understand the sermons at church, I take them out multiple times to punch the button, hold it for 3 seconds, etc. I guess I need to re-watch the videos. Website, Service, and Package were very good.

Good service that got the job done.

So far I love them. I'm still learning how to cut them up a little louder when I need it. . I'm very satisfied with my new hearing aids. .

Not happy

Received the aides on 7/30 have been practicing and am getting use to them. Have been getting some feedback but that can be expected. I’m trying to sink them up to my phone, haven’t been able to do it yet.

Ineed to know where the control switch is on my new hearing aids.

I will start by saying I usually don’t participate in reviews on anything but the hearing aids and the service I have received from this company certainly deserves my time in rating their product and services. I purchased a set of Volt Max 2 hearing aids and was very pleased with the time I received them from the time I ordered them. Also, the information I received prior to getting them was also very helpful in preparing me for them once I got them. I will say in the start up I did have some issues finding the right tips but there support staff was extremely helpful to help me in getting the right tips and followed up to make sure everything was good. Also, it has been so nice in calling the support team and it is always someone who speaks English very well and is very easy to understand and very knowledgeable with their product. For us that are a little older I will assure you after having mine for about 6 months I couldn’t be happier. For a little illustration to what the hearing aids have done for me is they have allowed me to hear and communicate with confidence again the sounds I struggled with hearing this aids act as if they have turned those volumes up so that I can understand them so I can adequately respond to someone. Thank you MD hearing!!!

I love this company. As soon as I get on their website, a live person is available to chat. I cannot believe how good these hearing aids are for $297. 00. I paid $6,400. 00 for my last pair and they are not nearly as good as my MD Hearing aids. Right out of the box, I could wear them. My expensive hearing aids had to be adjusted many times and stilll were not working right. If you spend more than $297. 00, you are getting robbed. So grateful to have taken a chance on something that I thought was too good to be true.

I have been using my aids but I can’t seem to get them adjusted correctly and consistently. Sometimes I use one, sometimes both. Still working on how to adjust them.
