I was very pleased with the outcome of the warranty process.

I submitted my rim/tire receipt and received payment within a few days. Very fast considering it was a warranty that I had not used in the 4 years I owned my vehicle.

The DK website used to make the claim was very easy to use. Received 100% of my tire repair in the mail within 2 weeks. Two thumbs up, very efficient quick turnaround. Will be purchasing this warranty for my next auto purchase.

overall I was pleased with the warranty process.after submitting the estimate I received an approval in a timely manner.unfortunatley there was some additional work needed,critical to the repair, that wasn't included in the original est. I explained the extra cost when i submitted the final claim,but the extra cost was denied. This cost me $800,i felt this should have been covered as well. sincerely B Mansfield

the service is great, but there are very few clear instructions about what the customer has to do by themselves, and no number to call to get help. i found that kind of frustrating when having to make my first claim with little to no help.
