Though having a damaged tire is troublesome, I'm thankful for the Diamond Kote insurance. Not only is the claim process simple and quick, but it also covers all of Canada. It was a very satisfying experience.

Rust developed on my driver’s side car door when the car was only 3 years old. I brought it to Subaru’s attention and they initiated the process of contacting DK. Apparently this was difficult to do and the process stretched out for approximately 15 moths. I finally had the car rust assessed in February 2023. I received the cheque last week. Ive made the appointment for the body shop to fix the rusted area.

This was my second purchase from these folks. My first was a smaller version that worked well also. The only caution is don’t use the devise if you keep credit cards attached to your phone as the magnets will de-magnetize them. Otherwise it’s the best phone car mount out there.

I generally do not like to deal with insurance of any kind on line. I prefer to speak to someone. This process did work nicely and quickly. I only had to wait a few weeks to get full reimbursement.

The claim service was responsive and quick too.

I am glad to have a tire protection plan for my van. I understand that there is a wait time for a claim cheque to be received, but if there was a faster way, that will be awesome.
