Good concept
Overall I’m pretty happy with DDC. I’ve changed shafts a couple times and was able to find the right combination. The reason they didn’t get 5 stars is because communication is horrible. I’ve emailed them 3 times and have still not heard back from them(2 months).

Have been trying to upgrade for 6+ weeks, cannot get a straight answer from DDC on when new Drivers will be in... have reached out two times a week via Chat and called at least once a week... have requested numerous times to have a mgr, contact me directly... still waiting for a call back, I would STAY AWAY from this service... have filed a complaint with the BBB...

Don't Join!
My year is almost up and due to their lack of inventory I've not been able to use my membership and still have one driver left to choose but as mentioned, I cannot. Customer service is terrible and no answers are provided. It is now April 2022, new drivers have been out, but yet this site has zero inventory, unless you're left handed! DO NOT JOIN!

Good idea, poor service and lack of communication/making sense of situation
DDC is a great idea and good for players to try some different things in a driver. With my membership coming to a close and no options to use my last exchange due to what they say are supply issues, I was forced to purchase current driver or renew membership. They repeatedly dodged answering my questions and were reluctant to take any blame or make sense of the situation. I was caught with my membership expiring before they could get out their 2022 lineup. They made very little consideration for my situation. I would not recommend DDC to a friend. Again, great idea, but poor service and consideration of my situation. Just got caught on bad timing. As a potential customer I would be wary of taking membership as I question their future.

They reported me to credit
1st year was great 30$ a month, no issues. 2nd year they went to either pay100% or go through their credit company, I chose pay 100%. 3rd year I canceled, no biggie. Few months later I get a letter stating I owed 300.00, yet I had canceled. Now I am disputing their collection.... BAD BUSINESS

I joined May 2,2021 for reference: Ping G 425 with an Arccos grip. The grip feels as if it is not fully seated ,the last 3/8 to 1/2 inch ,it's not something I could ever get used to. Great idea but Ping/Arccos should fix that. The Ping shaft plays short and I couldn't get the timing down between the shorter playing length and having to grip down all I did was hit everything off the toe ,combined with the clang of a cast iron skillet, so I opted to exchange to the TM Sim2 MAX ,and I waited ,and I waited,then I contacted DDC to find out what the issue was. DDC was waiting for the SIM2 Max head, but neglected to tell me that during my wait and after 8 weeks he had no idea when the TM head would be available. The DDC rep suggested a different head,and I gave it a go. Callaway's Epic Max which is a beautiful driver and based upon my timing issues with the Ping I opted to go to an X flex shaft....which turned out to be a recipe for low left stingers and massive fairway wide draws,by then shaft choices were limited as well and I sent that one back in exchange for the Ping LST. It bugs me a little bit that DDC wasn't up front about availability issues with the TM Sim2 Max and I was left with even fewer driver selections......and IF I didn't want to buy the Ping LST I could return it and renew my membership at full price. So you may get 3 wishes but it's probably more likely that limited selection will force you to go with trying something else ,if you aren't in love with your first option. If you have money to burn and like changing ,this is a good deal, if you're looking but aren't sure ,this is NOT the best way to find the driver you want in your bag. Go somewhere where you can hit all the clubs and pay for a fitting ,then maybe you can get good value but if you're really looking to find that driver for your bag it's a lottery.

Have contacted them several times with questions, no answers. It is very difficult to tell how many swaps are still available to you, without going through whole history. Most of the drivers are not available, or, are available in left hand only, one loft only. Basically looks like they arent even managing things right now.

miserable deal
my first driver was a match , asked to buy it and was sent the option to cash out. Nothing else happened and what do you they sent me to a collection agency. Terrible company

Poor Customer Service & Quantity of Clubs
Been a member for a year plus, recently tried to upgrade...TaylorMade is out of stock and so is Titleist...reached out to the customer service via the IM on the website...agent was less than friendly and not helpful at all...he advised that TaylorMade pulls their clubs from the site 3-4 months before a new launch...I see that Taylormade has launched their new driver line, yet DDC does not have this available for us to register ahead of time...really liked this service in the beginning, it has drastically gone downhill...sorry I signed up for another year of these headaches...

I personally liked the DDC
I personally liked the DDC because I like to try new clubs out. DDC gives you that with three new drivers a year. I will be a repeat customer, I suggest joining in March or April when all the new stuff is out.

Awesome idea, a bit more painful than hoped
I love this idea! Unfortunately it's been tough with COVID as I was not able to try out two of the drivers I really hoped for. I also have been having trouble with swapping out items as I have been continually bugged about returning items that have already been shipped back (and that I have called to confirm they have received). I might try this again in a few years when they get these issues under control but for now I'm going to stop when my current trial ends

This website is a scam. They don’t explain that your paying a monthly membership fee plus your driver fee. They explain that your payments are going towards your driver but yet I was never told I had to renew my “membership”. No one ever contacts you, I asked for a billing inquiry multiple times and never got anything other then a call from a collection Agency saying I owe double what I paid. Don’t go through these guys biggest scam of my life. STOP TRICKING YOUR CUSTOMERS

Cant upgrade due to stocking issue
I tried to upgrade but when doing so most options were out of stock. I finally got to a driver and shaft I want to try paid the $20 for shipping just to receive an email stating the shaft is temporarily out of stock. It has been 2 months and im still waiting.
