Buyer Beware
Company does not follow through with agreement. Totally paid off my driver, and now they come back, 2 years later and have a collection agency trying to collect an additional $250?? For what? Because your business model is bad? Did not follow through on agreement, as I was wanting to trade in my driver for something else, but again, nobody ever called or messaged back. So I paid off my driver....Am so done with this company.

EXTREME DISPLEASURE WITH DOLLAR DRIVER CLUB
I cannot explain in words how dissatisfied I am with Dollar Driver Club. I have paid 3 yearly memberships ($365.00 each time) over the last 3 years and all I have gotten is one driver and one shaft replacement. All they can offer me at this point is a refund of around $180.00. I have tried several times over the last year to get a new driver and they have not been available. As of about 5 minutes are new drivers and still not available. I have been a loyal customer since 2020. I hope that someone from Dollar Driver Club will call me and offer me some other solutions that get me satisfied again. Even if there aren't any other solutions at this time I still hope someone calls me. If their customers are important to them I'll get a call. If they aren't, I probably won't get a call.

Great Until DDC Couldn't Fulfill Agreement
I was enjoying the service until I was unable to select a new driver to try for my 3rd swap for the entirety of 2022. Now the DDC is saying my membership expired and I cannot use my 3rd swap and should pay for driver I have or return to them.

Pathetic
Cancelled my membership without telling me. Called to renew it but found out they have no inventory but they still wanted me to renew. Still struggling to figure out why they would think people continue their memberships but don’t have any inventory. Anyways, the next thing is I still owed a little on my membership because they cancelled without my knowledge, getting that straightened out was a nightmare. I would steer clear of these guys.

Paid for a subscription back in February 2022 never got to test ont any of the new 2022 drivers ended up losing 380$ on a subscription.

Due to the lack of inventory, the Dollar Driver Club could not provide ANY upgrades during 2022. I could use a new club that I wanted to try out, but I paid for the membership to try some different clubs. If I wanted to buy a club, I could do that locally, but the whole business concept behind this company is to provide you with options for a fee. They provided half of that....the fee—with no opportunity for a club upgrade.

Was great in the beginning
Dollar Driver Club was great in the beginning, I recommended many friends to the service and loved the variety it provided, but this service has become non-existent since 2021.. I am not sure if they just stopped caring or plan to just keep taking people's money until they complain..

Misleading business model
First driver I got….. after I made all the payments it was mine. Second driver I got….. after I made all the payments I still owed. Wuuuuuh??? Awful business.

Not a great service
They can't meet their commitment to their members, website was down most of the year. The business model is not sustainable. They may have started with good intentions but I don't see a future for this model.

No New Inventory
I have been a member of DDC since May 2021. Had a great experience the first few months. Swapped out a driver in September and then a shaft 2 weeks after. Was looking to pick up my final driver around Feb 2022 and there was no inventory to swap to. I contacted DDC and they said they were waiting on new inventory and could not make any changes. I was expecting this delay to be a few weeks maybe a month, but now we are in mid September and still no inventory to swap to. Golf season is almost over and I have not been able to try any of the new drivers that this service promises to be able to provide. Very disappointed.

Sent me a Sim2 with a big scratch on the face. Didn’t respond to me for months, by the time they did it was “too late” to get a new head. Now I can’t even sell it for a remotely decent price Bc it’s damaged. I tried to dispute it but they did is charge me more money for being late. 0 stars would never recommend again. Terrible customer service. You send me a damaged club, I sent you the picture the moment I got it.

Trying to get more money out of me

You sign up to use the service and then they doesn't get any new model drivers for 2022 so you are stuck with the one you have waiting and here it is August and still no new 2022 drivers. The only explanation is send your driver back or keep it and pay the fee. I am like I signed up for what you offer and that is not what I am getting. I don't like to come and write negative reviews but every time I log on it tells me how many people are signing up and they need to know what they are getting into or in this case what they are not getting. I love this concept and I love trying out new clubs however right now its not the case and that is why I am HUGELY disappointed.

Really loved the idea of this and it worked amazing for me to try out a couple drivers. Well now I am stuck. Really want to upgrade to help my game but for almost a year cant upgrade at all. Feel like I am not getting what I paid for. They did extend my membership renewal from July to September which was great of them to do. But with no new inventory in site I am stuck buying a driver that I want to upgrade or sending it back and having to pay full price for a new one. Again loved the company at the beginning and would absolutely stick around if the model was still working. Don't waste your money!
DDC does not honor the agreement, has zero stocked inventory, and then wants you to renew and pay more when they should be issuing refunds!!!

I've been a member over a year now, and instead of smartly paying off my driver I renewed my membership. It is July 24th and DDC still has no new drivers to switch to. I am going to end up paying 2X of what a driver should cost by joining this club. I've tried to swap drivers with the current models they list and it shows I cannot do that either. I would not recommend DDC to anyone looking to get a new driver through here. The customer service is not helpful either.

Member not getting upgrades
I have been a member for 2+ years and yet can’t get an upgrade because “they don’t have new drivers in stock”. I can drive to any sports store locally and find 20 of each brand. Makes zero sense to me.

No drivers
Signed up July 2021, should have seen the first red flag when they didn't have my 1st 2 choices. Fast forward to 2022 they have "supply issues" not a single 2022 driver is available. They won't offer any sort of discount. I'm pretty sure they are out if money. There is no reason they can't get drivers.
