No communication about when new clubs are coming out. Very few options to choose from. Its now the middle of July and all of the clubs are last years clubs. Please communicate with your customers as I feel I have wasted my money.

NOTIFIED FROM A DEBT COLLECTOR
During the end of my lease with DDC, I had talked to a DDC employer regarding the ETA for the new TaylorMade Stealth driver and was wondering when it would be in stock with DDC. He indicated there was no ETA and does not know when it will be in stock with DDC. I asked for my options regarding membership, and he suggested that if I wanted the Stealth driver I should look elsewhere because there is no ETA for the driver (this was back in February). I continued to return the driver that I currently had with DDC and canceled my membership with DDC. I returned the driver with the original box and the UPS label DDC provided in early March. Later, I went to buy the Stealth driver from another entity. Four months later, I received an email from a debt collector saying that I owed a specific amount, but had no idea this existed. I had no emails, text messages, or phone calls from DDC at all during the past 4 months. So I forwarded the email to DDC but no reply and had to wait between the hours of 10-2p the next day to get in touch with an employee. He indicated the driver was never returned to DDC and the remaining balance to purchase a driver matched up to the specific amount that the debt collector was trying to pay. I stated that I returned the driver in the original box and the UPS shipping label was on the box as well. Either UPS lost the shipment or the receiving department did not label returned correctly in the computer. I also expressed that I was very concerned that there was no communication during the 4 month period before I received the debt collector email. He said the emails are probably in spam and that I have them here if you want to see them. I said how could they go through spam when I've been receiving the DDC emails since I signed up for the membership... also I asked him to send me the emails and I have not received those either. Also, how did the debt collector's email pop up in my regular inbox, why did it not go to spam? Anyways, this company needs t...

Does not follow thru with promises
My membership is ending and I have been waiting months to use my final upgrade. I understand completely that there are supply chain issues but now I am being told even though it is DDC's issues that I cannot upgrade. My options are to either keep what I have and pay for it or send it back and still pay for the yearly membership. DDC is not fulfilling what was promised when I signed up and will do nothing to rectify the situation. I personally will be shouting from the rooftops how they do fulfil their promises or the agreements you sign up for.

Absolutely zero compensation or even mention about the fact they still collected membership dues with no ability to change clubs. Here we are over half way through another season with no inventory. At this point it feels like I’ve been scammed out of $700 as they have not even remotely delivered on the product I paid for.

Save yourself the headache and hassle, go to a fitter and buy from someone local that will follow through with what you're paying for.

Be sure to do a balance inquiry every month to see when you own your driver. I didn't and ended up paying $1300 for a $500 dollar driver and they wouldn't refund the excess payments. A courtesy email would be nice saying you have paid it off and if you would like to keep a membership you can. Instead they just continue to bill your card. If I would have sent a inquiry in a year ago I would have known and would have not given this joke of a company $600 dollars for absolutely nothing. Pathetic business practices they are using. There is no reason you should keep being billed if you own the driver and haven't swapped it out in over 3 years.

I’ve been trying to get in contact with them for months. Finally got in touch with someone today and they basically won’t have any merchandise until golf season is over. Then he kept asking me to renew, which makes no sense being they don’t have any product. I’m not going to renew until I see proof of them being a functional business

I've emailed several times asking about an upgrade before my time runs out, I barley get a reply and when I did, no upgrades were available!! Poor communication and no way to try other drivers. The reason I chose this program was to try different drivers!!

Frauds. I have waited 8 months to trade in my old driver and still cant. they tell you all this good info and its all a lie. DO NOT SIGN UP. Just spend the money to get fitted and buy the right driver. By far the worst company I have every dealt with.

I have been a customer for over 2 years. The first year was outstanding and gave me a chance to try multiple drivers. Since September of 2021 I have been unable to upgrade drivers. I paid my year service in full and have been unable to swap drivers due to “supply chain issues”. I have contacted customer service multiple times and they tell me that my service ends in July and will have to renew in order to get a new driver that may never come in due to supply issues. This company has not provided the service they advertise for 9 months and refuse to provide any compensation or apologies. Do not Use DDC in the future, they are unable to get drivers as advertised and will not refund money or extend subscriptions. Overall worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
