Great products fast shipping. Just need to have a normal tumbler lid available for the 30oz tumbler and a different design for the water bottle with the flip lid. The rubber or silicone ring that springs the lid open breaks too often.

Love my Zulu bottle. Only issue is the rubber hinge spring broke after 1 year and not sure how to replace it.

I ordered the Zulu 64 oz water bottle and was sent an ello 64 oz that wasn’t even the right color. In fact the bottle I was sent was supposed to be sent to someone in Colorado and not me in Virginia. I still have yet to get the product I ordered and paid for over three weeks ago. After being told the order would be corrected a week ago. When I ask for updates I get no response!

I ordered 2 water bottles and the strap broke on the first day it was used. I emailed customer support twice with a picture and I still haven’t received an answer!

I placed an order because the band on two out of four of bottle tops failed. I decided to order another bottle and extra tops so I could get free shipping but he website limits how many tops you could buy. It would require me to buy a second bottle so I decided to just buy the two caps and pay the shipping. This morning a third one broke and I’m not sure if I will replace them anymore.

Replacement lids where not the same as the original on the metal 64oz

It a wrong lid that doesn’t match my mug. Need to get the correct lid.
