All was fine until our bottle didn’t come for a very long time. When I inquired, I was told it had been returned to sender (wasn’t told why and was given no notification of that status until I inquired a couple of weeks - or more — after ordered. The woman asked me to confirm my delivery address - I did and it was the same as the first one — and told me — all by email — that it would be re-sent and it should arrive in 2-3 weeks! I replied to please expedite via a faster delivery method as it had been a long time already. No reply. I got an email that it was going to be shipped. No other word about when it should arrive. Not great experience.

The lid was shipped and arrived at the regular shipping date.

Very smooth transaction. Pick out items, pay for them. Shipping did not take too long. Maybe buy some more as gifts.

Bought my grandson a Zulu water bottle and he loves it. I ordered two back up lids just in case he breaks his.

Mediocre customer service.

Got the part easily and quickly. Sad that you can't just get the band to open the cap as a part by itself. Waste of material and polluting the enviroment doing it this way.

Shipper was fast and easy. I wish Zulu has a Canadian site.

I placed an order (order #0665913838) on Feb 8, 2025 for the 101oz jug and the half gallon jug. I received the order on February 14, 2025. The half gallon jug was badly damaged. I emailed customer service immediately (along with photos of the damage) after instructions indicated to email first before returning any items. An email reply was sent to me on February 15, 2025 indicating the company is working on my request. It is now March 1, 2025 and I have not heard a thing from the company. I rarely provide a negative review but this is probably close to the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with.

I received my new cup and replacement lid in great shape and it came very quick. The replacement lid fits my old tumbler Perfect with no leaks. I do wish there were a couple more colors to choose from, I now own the black and teal tumbler. I would definitely order them again.

The wrong bottle arrived. Shopping took over a week. And the bottle has no insulation. Not good

Purchase was easy. Shipping was fine. The variety can't be beat. I had to buy the product I wanted here because it wasn't available in a store near me. My only complaint would be shipping time was a little slow but I'm sure that's because I'm spoiled by others who offer same/next/or two-day shipping. Once it shipped, it arrived faster than expected so on the whole, shipping was fine. I'd buy from Zulu directly again without any hesitation.
