Received wrong lid (may have mistakenly ordered wrong one); had to glue together the pieces of my old broken lid instead.

Got rid of all plastics water bottles and I love these. Left one steel bottle in my car for over 12 hours with temperature hitting over 88 degrees and the fluid mixture was still cold….

I'm giving Zulu Athletic 5 stars for customer service and support, however, the bottle cap is defective and doesn't last long, and the price of a replacement is very expensive compared to the price of a new bottle on Amazon.

When I bought my Zulu bottle, I was promised that I would be able to replace the mouthpiece. Well, there were no replacement mouthpieces on the website, so I guess that was just a lie.
