I'm giving Zulu Athletic 5 stars for customer service and support, however, the bottle cap is defective and doesn't last long, and the price of a replacement is very expensive compared to the price of a new bottle on Amazon.

I broke my lid and ordered two replacements. 1 week later they arrived. It was beautiful.

It came just as expected. Great gallon-sized water bottle with straw. We’re happy with the product :).

The entire purchasing and shipping of my item was difficult as the shipping took a very long time. Pretty disappointed overall

I like that I can get two at Sam’s club for basically the price of one off Amazon.

To track shipping it is kind of tricky but over all the experience was good.

My husband and I love these bottles. We have two sizes to fit our vehicle cup holders.

Perfect place to shop

When I bought my Zulu bottle, I was promised that I would be able to replace the mouthpiece. Well, there were no replacement mouthpieces on the website, so I guess that was just a lie.

So the previous bottle had the problem with the band of the top, got torn all the time, so it didn’t pop. I thought I try your new design… the sippy part has a whole which make NO sense . . if you are using the straw, you need a whole. Like this, you tilt the bottle and it leaks on that whole. Plus the sippy and the straw part is very small, like for babies or children. Not a fan either. Fire the person who accepts these designs without trying them well. .

Great bottle that uses a simple but very effective spout design. I feel like I’m being waterboarded from how well water comes out! The handle feels a bit clunky and in the way. I like the rubber base guard and the color scheme.
