I have been driving the model Y for awhile, and I could immediately tell the difference. The front end feels more planted and controlled, with improved steering response and a more connected feel to the road. The vehicle feels tighter and more predictable, especially during cornering and when transitioning through turns. What I appreciated most was that this upgrade improved the overall driving dynamics without making the car feel excessively harsh or uncomfortable. It feels like a well-engineered upgrade that addresses some of the limitations of the factory components while maintaining good everyday drivability. ZevCentric also provided a great overall experience. The workmanship was clean, the process was straightforward, and it was clear that they knew what they were doing. I’m very satisfied with both the parts and the installation.

Excellent experience with ZEVcentric updating my 2021 Model Y to the new Juniper suspension and replacing front upper control arms. They got me scheduled quickly and were transparent about pricing. When additional wear to the bushings was found during the service they discussed options and prices for replacing them, and were able to do this at the same time. The technician showed me the install under the car once complete and also showed another area that could be contributing to the squeaking I was previously experiencing. Overall highly recommend Rishie and his team!

I got my model Y performance 2020 stiff and old suspension replaced with Juniper suspension by Rishies and he did a fantastic job. He also advised me to change out all the control arms and bushings which improved steering and the suspension now is very soft and comfortable. He is a friendly detailed and professional guy that I would recommend.

The shop is very thoughtful and informative. My only regret is not using this shop from the initial start of my car built. I had my suspension done at a local shop in my area and there were multiple installation errors. Your shop was very thorough in helping reverse the issues. Thank you guys for the knowledge and help.
