I was looking for some body lift spacer to replace the ones on my current bed since they were destroyed from having to remove the bed for needed maintenance. I came across Extreme Power as a distributor but when i placed the order, they had none in stock. They reached out to me asking if i wished to have them backordered or receive a refund. I took the gamble and had them ordered. What stood out to me that during this time, not once did I have to send an email looking for a status. They sent me timelines and if the the order went past the timeline they were already asking the same question from the supplier and providing me updates. This kind of practice is not common, this compony understands the customers needs and has the foresight to mitigate these incidents. at the very least, make the customer feel appreciated. We usually get fed a bunch of lies and excuses. Thank you for being decent.
