I chose to talk about this topic because it's the one area of the above categories that I had some constructive criticism on. I'm extremely impressed and satisfied with 90% of my experiences with ZeroCater :) Overall 5 stars, but specifically with menu curation, I'd give a 4. I'd love to see more new vendors introduced that also fit our company's preferences. We have a unique set of tastes here (as most companies do) and I sometimes feel like new selections don't reflect those. There are other times where I feel like the holisitc look beyond the 1 week gets a little redundant (ie. we just has asian bowls on Friday and are getting it again on Tuesday). These are all pretty nitpicky though and I'm general very happy with menu curation and variety of options :) Thanks!

I've used ZeroCater for almost a year and have been very happy with the service. It's a great way to get a lot of variety without having to deal with each vendor directly (which was a huge pain about half the time). With that said, there's been one or two times where the meal was delayed or the food wasn't perfect but 90% of the time it's perfect and it's catering in NYC so you can't expect perfection. Also, everyone in my office always thanks me because they think it must involve more work than it does.

I have used ZeroCater for weekly in-office lunch catering for over a year. They are fabulous - professional, knowledgeable about my staff and their food preferences, dietary restrictions, etc. It is a huge time-saver to be able to provide them with a headcount, budget, and special dietary needs and have them select the menus, place the order and provide on-site setup and cleanup assistance. I have worked with other catering service providers and ZeroCater is by far the best!

Excellent variety of Vendors and Superb Customer Service. We've utilized their services for the past two years and our Account Managers are so helpful and go above and beyond to meet all of our needs.

Working with ZeroCater makes my life so much easier and everyone in the company much happier. Delivery is always on time, customer service is very responsive and accommodating, even to our often challenging requests.

We have used ZeroCater as long as I have been with our company, so about a year now...We've definitely enjoyed it and their customer service is fantastic. The only thing I would like to see more of is the vegetarian options from their vendors. We have a large group of vegetarians at our company and I would like to see as many food options for them as there are for non-vegetarians. =)

Great selection of vendors and variety in food. Always on time and very flexible with menu changes. The office is very happy with our weekly lunches.

I really had no major issues with ZeroCater (ZC), their serv worked well for my organization. The reps were super and communicated to me extensively. The restaurant selections were adequate. The cleanup serv they provided was truly a lifesaver. Their website is user friendly and provides an abundance of info on each meal. I loved the fact that they had the restaurants label each dish, which came in really handy for those with food allergies/restrictions.

I've worked with ZeroCater for a couple clients over the last couple years and can say without hesitation that they make weekly team lunches worlds easier. Trying to manage dietary restrictions while keeping the options new and tasty each week would take up so much of my [already limited] time - they have become a top resource in my office manager toolbox. Plus, they're super pleasant to deal with...always friendly and cool...plus they respond quickly!

I'm an office manager and our office has a weekly catered lunch and ZeroCater makes it so easy since they chose a menu based on how many people are in the office. I never have to worry about how much I have to portion since ZeroCater does it for me. I love the variety of vendors and it's always exciting when there's a new one. My rep is also extremely helpful: from keeping my dietary restrictions list up to date, scheduling last minute requests, and making sure we have the best menu possible, I always know I'll get a speedy response to my emails.

I like using ZeroCater for our catering needs. The only suggestion is the serving portions. Sometimes we get the smallest salad portion and it is a item that all employees eat as oppose to the meat selection. Other times we will get a largest serving size of sour cream for a Mexican meal and smaller tray of rice.

Our customer service experience with ZeroCater has been nothing less than AMAZING! Our Client Success Coordinator is Elizabeth Tran. She is prompt, courteous, and professional. Our company tends to make frequent adjustments to our lunch count and diet restrictions and Elizabeth has done an incredible job at making sure that all our requests and needs are met with a great attitude and fast arrangements. Will definitely recommend ZeroCater to for office catering needs!

We love using zero catering. Everything always just shows up and is ready to go for the office to enjoy. You let them know your dietary restrictions (dairy free, vegetarian, etc....) and they work with that. After that I never have to do anything.

We have been using zerocater for about 1 1/2 months and so far we have almost all great experiences. While some meals aren't as LOVED as others- I think that is just learning about what our team here likes (as we are a new company) Overall, the response time from the ZeroCater team is always prompt and kind, and other than a 15 minutes delay on a few days, all of the caterers have been on time and done a fine job at setting up.

Customer service is stellar! When you have quesdtions or concerns, they reach out to you in a resonable timeframe. they do their best to answer and get answers for you. only hickup is their vendor list changes constasntly.

We have been using ZeroCater for years now and they never cease to provide exciting meals each week for our team to enjoy and whenever we have had scheduling issues or feedback, it has been incredibly easy to get in contact with our customer representative. Would highly recommend!

Our company has enjoyed week after week being catered by ZeroCater. They craft menus that are not only delicious but also healthy and filling. Our company tried different catering services before, we ended up returning back to ZeroCater. They have so many selection of restaurants and food vendors to work with, so we are so lucky can try so many options. Also, ZeroCater is so easy to work with, so it's a big plus for us. Anyway, they are awesome.
