We have been with ZeroCater since January 2018. We love them and we don't want to be with anyone else. We broke up with another company, somethin'something-club. They call sometimes just to see how we're doing and I tell them that we're happy with ZeroCater. We're practically married now. And still, my ex-catering company calls. They always call when it rains...But ZeroCater has been reliable, dependable, and the staff is always there for me when I need them. So, like I said, we don't need anyone else with ZeroCater. ZeroCater has made the process of ordering our office's weekly lunch effortless. The food is always a hit with our teams, and requires almost no effort on our part. Win-win!

I'm happy with meat and a side, and ZeroCater doesn't disappoint. The propane-heated trays are smelly and unnecessary as all employees gather for lunch around noon. Staff is also unnecessary, as previously another caterer left and returned two hours later. They're lunch dishes have been healthy enough and provide enough variety. I don't care as much about the perception of quality food, but other employees do. It may be useful to have a feedback mechanism per restaurant and meal, so you don't just feed forward what's unpopular.

We work with so many of the different companies... EZ Cater... Fooda... Platterz... Chewse... and even more than that and there is NO OTHER company we have enjoyed working with MORE than Zerocater. They're very consistent in sending us business. They're very communicative to help work with us on any issues, misunderstandings and sometimes even client issues (when they eat more than what they order, and the Zerocater crew ACTUALLY stands up for us). They have the best system of automation to work with in our daily+weekly workflow and not be a hindrance to an already chaotic lifestyle. I literally can't say enough about them (and I could say much less about some of their competitors in this same place). If I could marry them, I would... but we're in an "open relationship" right now but Zerocater definitely is our primary mistress of catering... if I were to give them a title right this minute (which I realize I just did ;D).

The team is really great to work with and are easy to call when we need help. We've been receiving more catering orders and have operationalized our business more for catering with dedicated drivers and vans with ZeroCater. We'd love to grow even more with ZeroCater!
