I have worked/partnered with zerocater for almost 4 years now. Without a doubt the most professional set up of all the catering lead companies that I use. The paper trail they create makes it an easy and free flowing process with me. People complain too many alerts and reminders but I find these nothing but helpful. I deal with an average of 30 catering orders a week and human error is always a possibility but zerocater helps me ensure i have my orders upto date. The team has been nothing but kind, professional and knowledgeable when dealing with them personally.

Omg, the ease of ZeroCater makes it totally worth while. They are on time (often quite early) and the food is delicious! Sometimes item substitutions happen, which I can understand, but the substitutions are equivalent to the original. But I've also learned that if I order a 1/2 omnivore and 1/2 veggie lunch to underline that I indeed need half the of food to be veggie (during our last lunch the veg entree went super fast and didn't look in proportion to the meaty option). Overall, great catering company!

Our company has been working with ZeroCater since 2016, and they have been great! They make it easy for us when it comes to food delivery. They work with so much restaurants that we just tell them what kind of food, the budget per person and for how many people and they take care of the rest! Customer service is awesome as they are on top of it. When they say that they will get back to me tomorrow by end of day or so, I trust them just because they do! I like the convenience of it. You can easily see your upcoming meal and actually see what is in it in case you are allergic to certain ingredients. Meals always arrive on time too. Great customer service!

- Timeliness of meals delivered - Very punctual, I haven't had a meal that showed up late including an order I placed at the last minute. - Variety of cuisine types and menus - Over 300 restaurants, variety is not an issue a little bit of something for everyone. - Customer service provided - A month ago I would've rated customer service as average because of one of the guys who delivered the food, but since I've had nothing but positive interactions with staff from all departments including the delivery person. - Or anything else you’d like to share - My account rep has gone above and beyond, and has come through for me in moments where I needed a quick turn around for meals serving 20 people or more.
