I purchased the "soft" WinkBed due to my small frame and sleeping style being "combination. I've always preferred a firmer mattress, but due to my age had noticed being uncomfortable over the past several years. So far, so good--sleeping better through the night and not as sore/stiff in the morning.

Not too hard and not too soft, just right! Supportive but forgiving allowing mattress to absorb to your sleeping position. Mattress bounces back after you leave with no sagging…. . at least not yet.

Good product, good service. Totally satisfied

The biggest challenge for us is the weight of the mattress. It takes two of us a lot of huffing and puffing to turn and it is apparent that turning is important to avoid valleys. Everything else about the mattress is terrific and your folks were lovely to deal with.

Shopping was quick and customer service was great. Our mattress arrived with some of the top stitching coming undone. WinkBeds was quick to respond, offering an entirely new mattress or money off the sale price. Despite not keeping the mattress, customer service was great!

My new WINK Bed is ever so supportive and so Comfortable. My husband and i loved our King Size WINK Bed - but as a recent widow, i need a smaller bed to fit in my new space.

The mattress has been excellent, but Winkbed as a business deserves even more credit. When we had a pipe break and water destroyed the mattress, I called to ask about if/how to best dry it out. They offered to replace it even though it was totally not their fault! In today's world, this is basically unheard of, and Winkbed has earned itself a customer for life

They kept me informed the entire process about the shipping and arrived much quicker than they had prepared me for. One big box. Heavy as hell. Took about six or eight hours or so for it to fully expand. So nice to fall into that.

This is an excellent mattress. My second one. Best one I’ve ever slept with. My mother got one. She’s very happy with it. My sister got one. She’s extremely happy with it too. I got the firmest one possible and it is wonderful.
