Excellent mattress!

The best mattress I have ever had.

Superior quality mattress with excellent craftsmanship. Customer service was the best I have ever dealt with. Efficient, kind and solved my accidental double order issue. This is our second mattress from WinkBed. Ours has been so perfect we bought one for the guest bedroom. As travelers , we know the comfort of a good bed and we wanted our guests to feel the same in our home.

I chose this mattress because it was referred to as a Marriott mattress dupe. But it's not a dupe, in many ways it's better. The most obvious is cost, but honestly, at this point in my life I was willing to pay anything for a good night sleep. Where this wink mattress really shines is the way it seamlessly combines firmness with softness. My back and shoulder are happy and I don't feel as though I'm sleeping on a plank. I'm only about 2 months in on my Wink sleep journey but I sense that this well crafted mattress could be with me for awhile.

We researched so many companies and mattresses before purchasing our Wink Luxury Firm mattress. My husband and I have different preferences for sleeping and type of mattress support. We finally decided on the Luxury Firm mattress in a king size and are loving it. I truly feel good when I wake up and have no complaints. I've contacted customer service about the platform also ordered to support the new mattress and have been pleased with their responsiveness and help. This is a great company and product that I highly recommend for anyone in the market for a new mattress!

My lower back was a little sore while my body adjusted from having my old mattress from 1992 but now it feels like a dream. The adjustment period is scary. It took 3ish weeks for me and the whole time I was stressing my decision but it did get there and now I'm having the best sleep I've ever had. I got the luxury firm and it was slightly softer than I expected. I am a belly sleeper and I believe the more firm option would have been better for me but my wife is a side sleeper and needs the softness.

Love the two twins we got for our adjustable split king bed!! We had very expensive mattress before and we returned them and got yours! Thanks

Exchange the softer mattress for the firmer model. The exchange process was relatively painless. Sharetown pick up worked very well. All in all, the whole process was pretty seamless.

Mattress protector is silent. We hope to never test if the protector is liquid-proof.

Assembly isn't too bad, but the instructions aren't very explicit.

The bed was delivered on the day that as promised.

The bed is very comfortable and just the right firmness. The only complaint I have is that it retains a dip on the side that my wife slept on when we rotated the mattress.
