worst customer service ever received.
Our BBQ from Weber arrived broken approximately 4 weeks ago. Ever since then, we have been emailing and ringing Weber on a continuous basis to try to get this resolved. It took approximately 6 days for somebody to reach out to me to discuss the issue - this is only because I reached out on social media and I requested a refund. We are still without a BBQ, no refund and every time we call I get a different answer or a different story. It is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received - also btw this is the 3rd time that I have written this review as they keep deleting my negative reviews. Weber do not care about after service- they only care about selling the BBQ to you.

If I could give a zero on after sales service -I would. Absolutely by far the worst I have ever experienced. We ordered a new BBQ which arrived broken and after 4 weeks of interactions with Weber - it's quite clear they don't really care. I sent emails every day for 6 days post delivery, only getting their attention once I said I wanted a refund and if they don't reply (there is no cust service number) I'll send a legal letter. finally get through to somebody who tells me they'll ship the broken part to me... but they cant find it in stock at the moment - they cant ship from the UK to Ireland but they can ship from the Netherlands but it doesn't seem to be in stock. (oh well bad luck for us and our new broken BBQ). So I email over the weekend and suggest replacing the bbq that they sent to us broken. yes great idea. Then another week passes for this to get resolved. I again email every day to an email address that apparently doesn't reply to emails. Finally, I get a call to say the old BBQ will be collected and a new one delivered by early next week.That was 2 weeks ago. We are still waiting -6 weeks since we purchased and 4 weeks of emailing and calls to Weber to try to get this resolved. I have asked for a refund (a few times now) - when you do this, you get a response to your emails and they tell you "its on the way"
