Got a delivery of flavorizer bars on time. But as suspected were the wrong bars though I enquired before ordering them. Has difficulty returning them with the enclosed return documents. I rang the very helpful people in England (not first time they were brilliant) who send me the proper documents to return the bars. My money was also promptly returned in stated time.
