My contact with Weber online concerned an issue I had on trying to obtain the free rotisserie. The lady I spoke to listened to me rather than assuming she k ew what the problem was. She took personal ownership of the problem and was good to her word in getting back to me within the timescales she gave. At that time she had resolved the problem and I was very happy.
