Love the idea of this for my son as I don't want to get him a smart phone and have the worry of Internet and uncontrolled calls and texts.

Excellent quality and support. My son asked if he could wear it before finding out it was for him so obviously cool looking to 10 year old eyes! Works exactly as stated and as others have stated the support is superb.

We bought a watch for our 4 year old as we were going on a ski holiday, the design is nice and simple it is quite large but not at all heavy, our daughter didn't mind wearing it. The functionality is also very simple and she was able to operate the sos button easily. We did have slight trouble setting up the watch and one was faulty but the team at watchovers were extremely helpful and even did a Skype call with us so we could ensure all was ok before we went on holiday. I think as with any new idea product there is room for improvement but one thing I couldn't fault was the team and their willingness to help and deliver a great service. In short the watch gave us piece of mind while away from our daughter, As the gps was pretty accurate. The listen in function is great, brilliant idea that worked well. Would defiantly recommend.

As a child protection investigator it's imperative I find the right device for my clients. Over the last 3 months I've been piloting 6 different children's tracking devices. After rigorous tests I can honestly say that the Watchover device is so far superior than all the other devices we've piloted. The fact that a child can speak with a family member at the push of a button if in danger is special. Take a bow the Watchover team I will be hopefully purchasing more of your devices soon.

Bought this watch in white for my 8 year old daughter after a lot of research. Have not been disappointed, this in my opinion is by far the best out there and it looks great. Being able to connect with your child is a simple process once the device has been setup and the subscription enabled. Did have a couple of teething problems with pairing the phone app, but I got first class support from the Watchovers team. We are into week 4 and it's working perfectly. I cannot recommend the watch highly enough, it's simply fantastic. Thank you Watchovers.

I have been using the watch for over two months now and its truly amazing. Works really well and my daughter loves it. I also have to say, great customer service. Thanks to Niamh for your help in tweaking my settings on my phone to get the GPS working. Will definitely recommend to those with young kids.

I had the pleasure of trialing one of your watches and would like to take this opportunity to offer you some feedback. The reason for contacting you was twofold; 1, I work as a Psychotherapist with adolescents and parents and 2, I have a son with Type 1 Diabetes. On a personal level, the watch has given our son freedom that is age appropriate and support that is literally on hand if needed. On a professional level, my wife is Director of Counselling at Knock Counselling Centre. She has informed participants of your product and the potential benefits. I understand that the Diabetic Nursing Team at Mayo General Hospital now include WatchOvers in their information pack for parents of children diagnosed with Diabetes. It's also worth noting that Fiona and the WatchOvers team have been very helpful (and patient!) with any queries we have had. I had problems with the two watches I purchased for my children only because on I am the Meteor Network which will not at present allow Me to phone from my network to the watches, this was an issue and I contacted Niamh in the support team and I can't speak highly enough about the service I was provided, the phones were returned to the company by a courier arranged by Niamh and the sim was replaced to one which was suitable for my network to use. I got the phones back and now they are up and running, very accurate and delighted with them, my two children are thrilled with them too and are so excited to phone us and other family members... thanks to all the team.
