Got Watch Over as it looks just like any smart watch, easy for the user simply as a watch, with the reassurance l can locate my husband who has memory issues due to being diagnosed with Alzheimer's, so he can get used to wearing it for my peace of mind! I get the odd call in error but definitely works for us!! Easy to purchase too 👍

I recently got a WatchOvers SOS personal Alarm watch for my mother who is 93 and lives alone. She has had various medical issues lately and I find the SOS personal watch gives us both peace of mind, She can contact me easily if she needs to by calling my mobile with the watch. . . . . and it will also alert me if she falls, and is incapacitated. The tracking facility is useful too.

The Assure 4G watch is easy to set up and the watch works well to identify falls and as a tracker for someone with Alzheimers. This is the second watch I have bought from WatchOvers . The customer support is excellent .

Very easy to set up and use, so handy

I purchased one of the kids GPS watches from watch over and my daughter loves it. She was having a hard time at school and when she was being hassled she'd press the sos button for me. Her problem s were sorted after my 2nd visit to the school at the same time she was being hassled. And as she is only 7 it was sorted fast. My daughter is so much happier now she knows she can call me if she needs to. I would highly recommend this watch.

Thank God I bought this watch...I booked my mum who has dementia into a supposed secure nursing home for a few days respite...she escaped and walked 8 miles before they realised she had gone....I had put the watch on her wrist the night before as she likes the feel of it...so she was wearing it and I found her....lucky to be alive...without it on I dread to think

Peace of Mind Has made the world of difference for peace of mind as the parent of a young adult with additional support needs. Very good customer care. We were sent a new buckle when the first broke due to vigorous handling by the young adult. When we had a problem with the watch it was repaired without cost. The only problem we had with how it worked was the occasional difficulty with a gps fix in problem areas. The peace of mind this watch provides has enabled the young adult to increasingly become more independent.

Reliable some of the time - but I use this device to track my elderly father who has dementia and gets lost occasionally. The GPS location can be temperamental - I checked on him and the map display said he was 1km from home - so I phoned his house to check and he was there! So this causes unnecessary worry and I'm not sure I could rely on it to locate him if he was lost - 1km range is a pretty big margin for error.

I bought this watch after my fit and healthy dad had a stroke and unfortunately was left partially sighted and he lost all his confidence to go out jogging that he done every day this watch has gave him his confidence back knowing I can track exactly where he is and he can call me at the press of a button or I can call him it's been a life saver for him and me the staff at watchOvers are so helpful don't hesitate to buy one it's worth every penny

The watch phone was the great idea of my daughter who lives in Switzerland and is tech savvy but not close enough to be of much help. It has taken a day out of my life - thanks to my lack of tech knowledge - but your team has been superb in helping me out. I can now open an App (wow!) to check where my Alzheimer's husband has wandered off to and got lost. Peace of mind - so thank you all for your help and patience. This phone/watch is actually the product of the century. I have an elderly dad that is unable to use a mobile phone. But in fact this is so much better as not only can I phone him but I can also track him via gps. So I know where he is and it’s just great peace of mind. Also it’s works in bad coverage areas. I have no alliance to this company but for so late no I had anxiety worrying about my dad do it’s just fantastic to be able to track him. I will actually be purchasing 2 more for my kids. I highly highly recommend this product.

I'm am absolutely an advocate of this safety watch. My child has ASD/Asbergers with complex needs, (going walk abouts). The safety aspects SOS/GPS gives great piece of mind to all. Personally I think all parents with special needs children should consider having their child wear this watch as SNA'S, Carer's, Teachers and Parents cannot keep an eye on the children 24/7.

The watchovers team have been brilliant in helping to setup the watch and app - they have worked with myself and my family to walk us through the process in a patient and caring way. It was really resfreshimg working with the team and i would recommend them for anyone no matter what their technical ability/understanding.

Two of my sons wear the assure slim watch & when they're walking to school in the morning & home again at 2.40, I can literally see them walking home through the app. The GPS location is spot on & it has given me huge peace of mind. plus 1 of my boys is quite anxious in school & he knows that if he needs to, as they can't have a phone in school he can go to the toilet & SOS me via the watch & I can calm him down. Can't recommend the watch highly enough, I have 2 more boys & when they start walking to school they'll be getting a watchover watch aswell. My boys love their watches as it gives them freedom as I'm not asking them to pop home every few mins so I can see they're ok, I already know where they are. And finally I give 10 stars to the support desk, complete support on all questions by email, online or on the phone. Recommend to all my friends & family & already 2 friends have bought watches for their son/daughter based on my showing them the app & how it works.

Bought this watch for my father who has dementia. Had various problems setting it up due to me being a " dinosaur" when it comes to modern technology but with excellent help from Customer Services ( Eimear was a " diamond " with unbelievable patience and understanding ) we got there in the end and everything is now working perfectly. Great comfort to know that you can keep track of a loved one. Can't recommend Watchovers highly enough.
