A great device for keeping track of the kids or indeed the elderly. With up to 16 users possible on one watch and multiple alarms. The watch also provides a level of freedom for the wearer that might not have been afforded previously. In the event of an emergency the SOS alarm, call features, silent listening and tracking features are a great way to locate a loved one quickly. The Alert Messaging also sends alerts to the app in the event of an SOS, when Geo-Zones are breached or when the watch has a low battery. You do need a subscriptions for calling features however this is opt out anytime so if you are just going on holidays you can sign up for that month and then opt out. Well recommended.

This is a really great product and it gives you peace of mind when your child or loved one is wearing it. With loads of great features such as: A Watch, A 2-way phone, A tracker, SOS Alarm, GEO-Zone boundary settings, Activity Tracker, Silent listening it is the ultimate safety wearable for your child. I would definitely recommend this!

This product really is amazing. it has loads of great features and is really easy setup and navigate the menu and features. The watch has an SOS button which allows the user to contact any of the stored users/watchers. You can track the location of the watch and even look back at historicle movements. I would highly recomend this to anyone that needs to keep a close eye on a family member that could be vunerable or the watch could be used for co workers that work in a lone worker or vunerable environment.

Fabulous watch. I want to give my 10 year old, Autistic son as much freedom as possible. For the past two summers I have spent most of my time checking where he is and that he is ok. Since he got this in January I am a lot calmer, he loves wearing it and it is a lot cheaper and safer than a mobile that he would lose anyway. Top marks and I have been recommending it to everyone!

My daughter got a present of one of these watchovers watches for Christmas from her Nana.. The watch is brilliant, our daughter loves it and so do we. It was very easy for me to set up, took me about 10 minutes. The battery life is much better than I thought and it cannot be switched off by my daughter by accident. Our mobile coverage is not great where we live but the watch gets good coverage. Really happy that we control the phone numbers in the watch and she cannot use it to go on the internet like her older brother who we had to give a smartphone to. Great idea, wish they had these when her eldest brother was younger and everything was new to us a parents.

Fantastic idea. My daughter just turned 11 and wants more freedom to walk home from school or to a friend's house...this solves the problem of worrying so much in this area of child responsibility development...as you know you can track and she is only one touch of a button away if there is a problem....only issue is my 8 year old son is desperate to have one too! Setup was dead easy. The app could use development...which I'm sure will come with time, but all in all we could not be happier with this neat little watch.

Great watch, just one flaw. Does exactly what it says on the tin. We had this watch up & running within 5mins out if the box. App is a little clunky but again it does what it promises. The only reason I have given this 4stars rather than 5 is that the app doesn't show your location in relation to the watch. So if you have lost your child/playing hide & seek, you can see where the watch is with reasonable accuracy but unless you know the area you don't know where they are in relation to where you are.

Tyler Sutton was outstanding from the get-go! He walked me through the entire process and always had time to answer my questions. Even when he was out of town for an emergency, he made sure to stay in touch with me and speed me through everything. Could not recommend Tyler and CREFCo higher!

It's a great device for keeping track of someone with Alzheimer's disease. Had a problem getting the watch set up but with the help of Niamh from Customer Services (she is a great ambassador for the company) we finally got everything sorted out and working perfectly. I would highly recommend this discreet device, and the company to anyone, who has a need to keep an eye on a loved one.

Brilliant watch and customer service. I wouldn't be without this for my 9 year son. Gives piece of mind, especially as he has aspergers and isn't as "street wise" as others his age. Him having the watch allows him a little freedom to go out and play without me pacing up and down. He has used it to contact me whilst being out, and vice Versa. I believe every child should have one of these for safety. I like that u can set boundaries and check up on the gps. Also gives great piece of mind on trips out etc, because we've all been there when u loose sight for a split second and go into manic mode!! This happened in a v busy park while my son and his friend were playing together. The other mummy started to panic because she couldn't see them. So I rang the watch to which he replied they were inside of one of the climbing frames, so I asked him to stand up and wave. My friends were so impressed and asked all about the watch. Very helpful friendly support team and just a first class product. Highly highly recommend to any parent.

We have really loved our Watchover, for the last year. Our 11 year old is growing up too fast however and now has a phone, which he is using very responsibly. We would like to cancel our subscription to Watchovers, but will have no hesitation in recommending to anyone. We have been very impressed and loved that it kept our son safe and looking a bit cool at the same time!

Bought for my father who has Altzheimers, the GPS tracker allows him freedom to walk the familiar places and gives the family peace of mind. He has a tendency to fall, I can track his movement and contact him if he is static for a period. Father is 88 he wears it as a 'bracelet' rather than watch as digital is alien to him, his conventional watch is on his other wrist! The concept of the watch is amazing, it delivers on all counts, very pleased with it and have recommended to friends who are in similar situations. The Watchovers team support is second to none, friendly, knowledgable and quick to respond to email. I wish I could give more stars. Thank you Niamh and team!

Outstanding customer support, we bought 3 watches for our 3 kids, had a minor problem with one of them and all sorted out very quickly and efficiently, fast and friendly replies to all queries. The kids have loved wearing the watches and the tracking works very well when they are outdoors, e.g. roaming around a campsite in France!

Amazing product. Tracks your child using gps and the integrated sim card. 10 minutes to setup account, pay £8 for the credit and setup app to track watch. Best bit is that we can call him to tell him to come home. He can call us and all permission to go to another friends house. Comes with USB charger. Only had it 2 days but impressed. It's a little big for my 7 year old. He's quite skinny too. But he loves wearing his 'secret agent' watch. The app controls all watch settings, like who he can call and who can call him. There was a problem with the microphone but not sure whether WatchOvers diagnostic test or me clearing out the settings and typing them in again sorted it. WatchOvers support was really helpful. The payment for 1 month credit is done using their webpage. I believe it will automatically renew each month. I think you have to call customer support to cancel the payment. Sound quality is brilliant, and I'm quite fussy over my tech. Volume is loud enough for outside. Operates in a hand free mode only. When we call the watch there is no disk tone which I suppose prevent a free missed call. But I suppose you could tell your kid to not answer straight away. When he calls us, his watch gives him a disk tone. There is only one button, used to turn the display on and change selection by tapping once. Press and hold for 3 seconds to call highlighted number. Or with the display off it activates the panic call mode. Not tried that yet but will update this once I have. The watch is really easy to use and after showing my child once, he figured it out. He has 30 minutes of call time a month. £4 for another 30 minutes if needed. Sadly, there is no cap or limit. We will apparently receive a text once 25 minutes are used up and a further text once all credit is used.

It does what it says on the tin. Bought Chinese watch first which was hopeless. This was dearer but you can speak to real people whose first language is English. It works exactly as described. I had a few queries which were dealt with promptly. Set up is as simple as it should be. Recommended.

These watches are fantastic. I bought one for each of my children and they work brilliantly. Great design and very simple for the kids to use. Highly recommend!

We are very pleased with the Liberty watch we bought for our 9 year old son. It enables him to roam freely whilst we feel happy that he can contact us if needs must. We were deliberating whether or not to get a mobile phone for him but we were not happy with all of the problems that come with that proposition when my friend showed me her watch. This is such a brilliant idea – it needs a much higher profile, I did a google search and it did not come up, even on Amazon it did not come up under “Watchover” I only found it because it came up on the sidebar under “Other people also looked at” when I was looking at a similar product. I have shown mine to two other friends and I suspect they will purchase one when their children are a little older.

We love our watch, our Dad wears it all the time which gives him and all of us great comfort. Thanks Watchovers, great service, we are telling all our friends about you now.
