Just had our first garden party with the new hammock, which was the star of the show. Everyone enjoyed and competed to be the one who lies or sits in it. It was easy to assemble by myself and had no issue with delivery. I did have to wait a couple extra days because the courier deemed it a big package, but I could easily lift it by myself.

Be very careful as I sliced my finger on the inner part of the ramp and should have needed stitches. Wouldn’t stop bleeding for over an hour and only healed a week later.

Arrived quickly and was easy to setup. Yoghurt is not as thick as greek yoghurt even with whole milk but pretty good. Takes around 11 hours over night to make.

We bought 78l dual wheelbarrow to use for moving logs. It is almost effortless to use so we definitely recommend. Putting together was pretty straight forward but it seems odd that the ends of bolts were protruding significantly into the loading space so we took it apart and reversed the bolts to make it safer.

I recently bought a G series cordless hedge trimmer. It is very light and easy to use (I am a 67 year old lady). Made easy work of cutting back a lot of large grasses and saved me hours.

Just purchased a charcoal barbecue, really well designed and and easy to assemble. Very sturdy unlike most barbecues and innovative way of moving the heat to avoid burning food when cooked by moving charcoal away from the cooking plates. Best barbecue I have had.

Took advantage of a special offer and got the item for a great price. Fairly easy to assemble and a quick test proved that both the hedge trimmer and chain saw attachments worked well. When using I found it essential to used the harness as it's a fairly heavy item due to most of the weight being on the end of a pole. But, follow the instructions and guidance on your stance when using and it's a very useful item indeed. Changing the trimmer and saw are a bit of a faff as they have to be bolted into place. But, having read reviews of similar items with simpler attachments it seems that some of the locking systems, whilst quick, leave a little to desire. So, I'm happy with a stronger, more secure way of mounting the cutting heads even if it takes a minute or two more. Overall, very happy with the cost, quality and effectiveness of the item.

The fireplace definitely does the job in heating the room but there are times when you cannot switch it on

I contacted Von Haus asking where I could purchase a replacement blade unit for the Von Shef 1000W blender as the bearing has failed. I know it is out of warranty and I was perfectly happy to buy the spare part, but was advised by customer service "We do not currently have a full parts stocking policy. As a guide, we do try and retain functional spares for as long as there is a market for them and in most cases, well beyond. Due to the vast array of product types and the purchase price, the life cycle of all products can vary and therefore so can the length of time parts are to be supplied." The blender is 3 years old and still available to purchase new. So disappointing that I have to throw away a £50 blender unit just because no spares are available. this gives me no incentive to purchase a new one from Von Haus when other manufactures offer spare parts.
