Bought the G-series Li-Ion 4Ah battery for my Von Haus pole hedge trimmer. Delivered quickly and was nearly fully charged on arrival. Used it a couple of times, having charged it between uses. It has lasted for over an hour each time without running out of charge.

Order 3 items from Vonhaus, only 2 came out of 3, Customer Service responded to my query that evening and the outstanding item followed next day, excellent.

Really impressed how fast and easy it is to use. Just plug it in and start cooking! We got the Von Chef portable dual induction hob to use during building works. Excellent quality space saving design at a great price, and fast delivery. So pleased, we will get another one for the summerhouse. We think it would be great in a small kitchen with an airfryer and microwave. Solution!

I bought a Von Chef hand mixer through Amazon and I had trouble a few months later keeping one of the beaters in. When I reported it to Von Haus they dealt with my query in a very conscientious and efficient way. I had a refund back in my account two days later. A fine example of how customer services should be. I have several vonhaus power tools and tool bits. Tool e series are amazing so light and easy to use. The batteries charge pretty quick. The battery lasts a decent amount of time but, I had another drill different company. The battery lasts just say 30 or 40 minutes which is nothing really but hence 4 stars. I love vonhaus tools though tough easy to use an long lasting, I've had there e series drill 18v for years an built up my portfolio of there tools. I'm a keen hobbyist an DIY enthusiast. I like to make rustic furniture using beach an reclaimed items. Have made lots of stuff for me my friends and family. All using von haus tools. I own the mini circular saw 2 drills sander and cordless multi tool and a basic hand tool set. I always ask for amazon vouchers as there tools are a bargain on amazon and on the vonhaus website. Overall great value for money wide variety and sturdy. I will be buying more in the future I just need to rework my garage/workshop around make more room and user friendly. Hopefully my review will inspire others to do as I have done been converted from other tool brands. Thank you vonhaus for such variety keep it up

The chair is excellent and just what I’d hoped it would be. However, it took some effort to assemble it because there was only an exploded view drawing. Frustratingly, when I emailed VonHaus they sent full assembly instructions by return email. It would assist potential purchasers if this pdf file could be sent with the order confirmation or loaded as a website attachment

No quibble refund. After having an issue with the lawn mower, Von Haus agreed to refund our money straight away. But after returning the item and waiting nearly a month, I had to chase them to find out why our money hadn't been refunded and then the money was refunded.
