The process thus far has been wonderful. The personal attention the loan officer's has showed me has been overwhelming. They're very helpful and loves to keep in contact with me everyday.

I have had mortgages in the past, but by far and away this has been an obscenely through loan process. The volume and type of information is almost to the point of overkill, and I could have adopted a child overseas more easily. The bright light in this has been my loan officer. John Harnish has been through, patient and diligent in following up

If I had any questions l could call and he would answer my calls if he didn't answer he would call me back with in minutes. Could not have asked for anyone better to walk us through the process, Being a first time home buyer. Sometimes it seems frustrating, but he would say we're almost there just hang in there just a few more steps. Now we are close to closing on our home couldn't be happier. So far this experience has been great. Yes there are times its stressful however the people I have dealt with have been very helpful in any way they can. I feel like whenever I have had questions they were there and if they had to get back to me is was in a timely manner. Jack G has been outstanding to deal with.

The communication on what needed to be done were fine. Its the duration of the whole process of the loan. going back and forth between what type of loan I was eligible for. Still working on the closing costs and down money has been a big issue.

CREFCO has made my experience of purchasing my first home very easy. Everything has been very well communicated and explained to me in each step and process of the loan.
