From pre-approval to closing. I felt like we were their only clients. The loan officers are very personable and take great care regarding the whole process. A very positive experience!

I have been working with Elijah, Lars and Kristie. Elijah and Lars have called/e-mailed me on a regular basis to keep me informed on what was happening and if they needed more documentation from me to get the process started and keep it moving. Kristie e-mailed requesting clarification on several documents for the underwriters. I e-mailed her request and she called to verify receipt. Kristie also answered several questions I had about the interest rate and her roll in the process, She was very informative as to who does what and when.

So far everything has been going smooth, we are updated daily on the progress of our loan.

Throughout the process of closing we have had a lot of miscommunication witt out loan officer, and at times was disrespectful and rude over the phone. We kept on having to resend files more than twice over because they were misplaced or looked over. Every Time we were asked for documents we were not exactly told what was needed to be done with them so we were always told they were not good enough or they needed something different.

Ben Creisher is amazing. From the day I submitted my application, he would touch base every week to offer assistance in my home search. Once I found a home, he kept me up to date, explained the process, kept in touch, and reassured me. I look forward to closing on my new home, but a part of me is really going to miss Ben.

Your people are very nice and professional but your email format stinks. The description of the info asked for is wordy and indistinct. The remedy to your indistinct email format could be to number each item then fully explain each item with specific descriptive terms, like the bank statement from ABC Banking, transaction dated xx/xx/xx, you have a large deposit, etc. Try to be concise yet complete so your client does not have to call you back to ty up your time and theirs. Another problem, your people obviously are very busy, because every now and then it is like pulling teeth to get someone on the phone, which illustrates my point original point. If you are already very busy, then take the time to fully describe each piece of info you need so you won't be needed to hold your client's hand on every item. One other thing yesterday requested explanation of my having my credit pulled 3 times last year. My husband and I could not remember doing it last year! But upon checking my old, old email we found that was about the time CREFCO pre-approved for about $200,000! What's wrong with that? One thing, why did you pull my credit three times under three different headings and why did your own people not know about it? The process itself is horrendous anyway but it would be better if guys communicated with each other better and adopt a crisper more informational email format. Thank you for the work you put into our approval! We will try to get this last info to you asap if I can get your people to call me and explain this last request for more info.

Jonathan Harnish has been a superstar to say the least. I work in the mortgage business and I have never and I mean NEVER had someone as on top of thing as Jonathan is. He keeps everyone informed at ever turn. He has made this home buying process such and easy one with explaining everything and being on top of things. My closing department here the manager said she has never had someone as pleasant and easy to deal with has Jon. This guy deserve a raise or a promotion for sure. Thank you all very much. This new guy Chris Brown I have to deal with not so much. He acted like he didn't have time to answer my questions.

My wife and I were recommended by a past client of this company. The beginning of this process seemed simple and straight-forward but that drastically changed once the documentation was needed to continue. We felt that we were continuously sending the same documents over and over again for no reason. This left us feeling frustrated. and now that we are in the Conditional Department we are being push to obtain documents that we can not provide right away .

We're in the process of closing on our home. Cody James worked and got us approved in a timely manner. Gwynne Young was our loan auditor, she was great we kept us updated everyday and every step of the way do know what we would have done without her. We feel that she went above and beyond her self to get us to the closing table. Lindsey will get you closed quickly. The CREFCO team are great would highly recommend them to anyone buying a home. Great people.
