CREFCO exceeded all expectations and has literally done everything possible to make this work. It matters to have a group of people who work well and are truly a team. CREFCO is it.

The people are great all the paperwork????

We were supposed to close on the 30th and we just got the approval 15 days later despite the fact that we returned all requested items within 24 hours of the request. I'm guessing that the closing will end up being 30 days late when it is all said and done. It was very frustrating to us and the sellers. However Chris McNamara and Gwynne Young were great to work with. They kept us informed almost on a daily basis. They returned calls quickly and were more than willing to answer our questions. I know the delay was outside of their control. I would give them both 5 stars without question. The extended delays would have resulted in 1 star so I split the difference. I wish I could recommend you but a 30 day delay is unacceptable.
