Was looking for a few parts for an unvented cylinder, found them on Unvented Components, not only were the parts at a good price but I didn’t get the dreaded “ Doesn’t post to Northern Ireland Message”. This is now a common thing after the Brexit deal where NI is still under EU regulations. So I will be coming back for more as I received great service the whole way through, from ordering to turning up at my door well packaged and great communication throughout.

Normally I get my parts within 3 days of my order. But dissapointingly my last order took nearly 3 weeks due to the post . As i said this is not Normally the case . I will still be using you but a sorry would be nice.

I just wanted a hot water element, but the bundle with fitting kit and thermostat was only a few pounds more, so I ordered that. All fitted and working, so that’s good. The only downside was delivery which took well over a week despite a claimed 2-3 working days. Therefore 3 stars.
