Swift refund
Having used their website to come up with products relevant to my search, I ordered one of those items that came up against my search. It was incompatible. I would have thought that if my search didn't have anything compatible, it would have said "no results". However, the seller was quick to refund the purchase price but not the postage, despite their misleading website. So, generally a good seller.

Unvented are good Parcel force not
You have changed your delivery service to parcel force what a mess around I have had took a week to get parts because they wouldn’t deliver to safe place please please go back to DPD otherwise I’ll have to purchase elsewhere

Received the auto vent looks
Received the auto vent looks good but it will not fit the rad which i wanted as on the older rads the existing vent is either one eight or quart inchthread i willposibly find a niple to do the job i think the advert is a bit misleading but i have no complaint with the quality and the delivery
