The towels are pretty nice. Not as oversized as I thought they’d seem, but seem a good quality. I ordered a case(24), but only received 20. When I called customer service, the gentleman was very nice. Said he’d check into and get back to me. Got back with me within the hour and informed me 4 towels were on their way to me.

I bought this brand of towel over ten years ago. I still have them and they are the best towels I've ever owned. The velour weave doesn't snag like a typical towel with a loop weave will, and they are soft and absorbent. I looked high and low to find them again. So glad that I found them. I love them.
