Parts came as requested, I wasn't called so I missed the delivery. Would have fit in mailbox. Had to pick up at Post Office which was very inconvenient. No parking

Excellent service when I called to ask a question. Parts arrived as ordered.

Thoroughly disappointing experience. Website will show items in stock but order will not be fulfilled in timeline promised. My order sat waiting for three days to ship out despite being told on three different occasions that it would ship that day. Staff are unhelpful and dishonest. No one that works here actually cares, they just laugh at you if you ask for help. Unprofessional location, avoid at all costs. If this is how the parts department is run, I cannot imagine what the rest of the location is like. Do yourself a favour and give your business to someone who actually cares about their customer.

I can't thank you guys enough for having what I needed and not trying to upsell a full mirror assembly. It was fun to figure out and satisfying to complete. Takes way too long, and even though you pay for shipping, they don't ship it right away, they ship it like a month later, and then it takes forever to get to you

I have spent a lot of money ordering items from Toronto Honda. 1) Their items are prestige 2) I had trouble ordering from the website once, called customer service and they helped me promptly in a professional manner. 3) I had a pkg that was damaged along the way in transport, and they were very professional in dealing with the situation. They listened to my concerns and we worked together to deal with the problem proactively. 4) they are very prompt and communicable via text, email and phone. 5) I recommend purchasing items from here anytime! Took 3. 5 weeks to ship one little piece of plastic. Probably wouldn’t of shipped that soon if I hadn’t have checked in.
