Part showed in stock on the website so I ordered. It took two weeks to ship out because apparently it was not in stock even though website showed it was. It has been almost a month now since I ordered and still have not received the part. This is why I dont get any service or buy parts from dealerships. Big mistake, never again.

I had a great experience except for a couple little glitches the fact that my order was shipped by Canada Post on the same day the went on strike was very disappointing. I have been a shipper a couple of times myself and it was always something that we were usually aware of the possibility of a Postal strike we would automatically shift to using our secondary companies for shipping. I obviously don't have proof that your shippers had any ad vanced notice of the strike I find it hard to believe that your shippers had no prior knowledge of an impending strike. I now have parts crucial to my ability to have a working vehicle and it's very frustrating and extremely inconvenient to go without my vehicle because I don't have those parts I desperately require. I live in a very rural place in the country and I have three kids that depend on my ability to provide the essentials of every day life. It seams that there is no promising resolution of the strike so now I am held hostage by our postal system. Other than that I have no real complaints about my experience. Is there any possibility of shipping my order again by other means and I could return the original order upon receipt would solve my problem, please 🥺 I hope that maybe that course a possibility.
