No update on order status for a week. I called the parts department twice and was told to wait for the pickup email. Eventually, after 1 week I called the parts desk at Danforth and was given the part ordered for another client. I was quick to pickup the part in 2 hours.

Description was not okay

At first, had a poor experience. Got no feedback via email/phone about the order ever. Called in, and was told I’d get a call back but didn’t (2 weeks in). However, almost 20days later walked in and asked for the status and guy said there solved it for me. In my opinion, he went above and beyond which I really appreciated. His effort is why it’s a 4stars.

Satisfied with the products, but the shipping was almost two months…

I ordered a part on backorder and waited 2 months. I finally called in to see the status and it was shipped the next day? If i didnt call i would have never gotten my product, even tho the money was taking months ago. If a products on backorder customers should expect once its in to be shipped.

Got all items in one box, nicely packed. It took a while to get the order ready for pickup though but overall, they are responsive to my query. Price is lower than other dealership.

All the parts and customer service is great. Only thing is that it took too long to get the parts. Almost 4 weeks.

Most parts didn't fit my vehicle, even though I provided my vin for cross -reference. Luckily enough I got a refund. . will try this again in the future when I change the transmission filters.
