The engraving was fine and it arrived on time, but there was a random blemish on the disc. I went ahead and gave it to my friend, bc I didn’t have time to replace it. So that wasn’t awesome, but it was small, just noticeable since it was a silver disc.

I absolutely loved these engraved key rings that I purchased! I gave one to my husband as well and he was also impressed with the quality, beauty and sturdiness. Very well made and will last a lifetime. I may purchase more in the future for friends and family. I’ll get the word out about your company!

I love my custom engraved sterling silver bracelet and my gold heart charm and gold circle charm. The colors are just as they are on the photos but better in person.

I absolutely loved how it turned out (the dog tag)! Got it as a present for my graduating brothers at one of the military academies. I think my favorite part was the centering and the changing of the size of the text. Can’t tell if it’s the lack of text or the image option, but definitely a nice thoughtful gift idea I’d do again.

We had misspelled an engraving on a necklace for our friend and we hadn’t noticed it until after the necklace was already shipped. We called and spoke to customer service and explained the situation, they were FANTASTIC! It was our fault but yet they said they would make a new necklace for us with the correct spelling at only 50% of the original cost and they also covered shipping. I can’t explain how much this meant to us and how great their customer service was. I HIGHLY recommend! Not to mention, the necklace was beautiful!
