On m a proposé un échange ou un remboursement. J ai choisi une autre paire de basket que j ai reçu deux jours après ! Merci bcp pour la réactivité !

Ordered these for delivery to France with no problem

One of the orders was dropped in the mailbox and I got a message that it had been delivered. I was a little worried. But then I found my order in the box. Another time the courier brought it and handed it to me. So everything is great!

Shipping speed was good. I received the incorrect refund amount and had to call back to get rectified. It was corrected in a timely manner.

Easy ordering process, fast shipping on the same day, but take into account that for EU shipping it takes approx. 2 weeks to arrive. Also the tracking link doesn't show any results, but packages arrive, so not to worry. Unfortunately I had to return an item, which also worked without any hazzle at no extra cost if you apply for a store credit, which I received even before the package made it back to UK. I can only recommend this online store, buy with confidence.

I like using the Sports Edit! Living in the Netherlands, the updates on exactly when things will be shipped and delivered can be a little inaccurate, but I appreciate that tax and shipping costs are very clear at checkout.
