Where is my review ?
I wrote a review on this company yesterday, but it seems it has taken it down. They obviously don’t want people to see the real side of this company. Probably best for everyone to see the trust pilot reviews , these are not censored by the company. Ordered a next day delivery 16 days ago Managed to get a refund on the next day charge when I complained and asked where my order is ? Had some token responses back initially, even though they couldn’t get my name right. That was maybe a week ago , and after another 4 emails I’ve still not had any communication back to confirm where is my order. Even requested a refund , no response! Customer service in this company is absolutely shocking. Please avoid and read the trust pilot reviews and not the made up ones

Shockingly bad company
I brought a jacket for my GF a bday gift , I paid for next day delivery, this was 15 days ago The initial response was ok , sent some links of delivery, none actually said when I would receive my order. I’ve emailed 4 times since to ask where is my order and if you can’t explain please refund my money. I’ve not had any communication since. Wish I’d have read the trust pilot reviews , if you haven’t please do They explain what a terrible company this is. Still waiting for any correspondence, I just want money now Please avoid this company like the plague.

New Balance running shoes
The box the trainers came in was VERY dirty and dusty and the trainers looked as if they were worn! I was VERY disappointed as this was my first purchase! I will NEVER order from them again.

I have emailed the team and they haven’t replied and it’s been 3 working days! Its disgraceful!

Undelivered item
I placed an order on 18th April 2024 and have still yet to have received my item. Customer service give no updates whatsoever, and if I send them an email, I usually have to send multiple times, before I hear back. They have blamed moving warehouses but still not dispatched my item and it’s now end of May!

Terrible service
I bought a pair of trainers from this company but never received it, first, they said it had been delayed because they were changing warehouses after 2 weeks of my chasing them they said it had been delayed in shipment then the third excuse was the shipment was damaged in transit! They wasted my time excuse after excuse! Don't recommend this company at all.

Customer Service is Poor
I know we all have different experiences but I feel that the customer service provided by Sports Edit is poor. Once they do get in contact they are lovely. However twice in the last month I have been let down with deliveries and now I want to return something I can't as it says my order is unfulfilled but it obviously isn't as I have it? So I give Up. They never answer the phone or return calls even though they ask you to leave your phone number? I don't understand that. I really want to say something positive but there is nothing.

Absolutely terrible customer service, I have been trying to get refund from the 5th of January. Left numerous emails , phone calls, social media messages and not even a response of any can. Have to go through PayPal to get my money back. Order somewhere else.

You never sent the item
You never sent the item you didn't inform me straight away and I couldn't find anything nice in XS after all . I don't think that you put any effort actually to find the lost package in any case.

When I place new orders, upon moving from cart page to check out page, it strangely defaults back to my very first order items (as in, an order I placed a few months ago). This has happened with each subsequent purchase. My only way around this is to place the order in a private tab. I also think it odd that customers have to pay for returns. Almost all companies have free returns these days.

Great service, easy EU / international shipping, especially when choosing express service. Unfortunately I was a bit struggeling getting my sizes right, but everything work smoothly with the returns and store credits. Thank you for making it an easy shopping experience!
