You did what you said you would do in the time frame you said you would do it. And the return for exchange was super easy, went off without a hitch.

Terrible customer service. Boots were way too wide and I wanted to exchange them but couldn’t. This is my fourth and now last pair of Frye anything. Ridiculous that I couldn’t exchange them. I measured my calf and the wide calf should have been perfect but they were way TOO big. Now I’m stuck with boots I can’t wear

The boots were too long and not wide enough for my older foot “wide toe box” needs. Was not able to return them, as they were on sale, and I did not see the return policy before purchasing (the info is on another page NOT explicit on any of purchase links). I love Frye, but an overall disappointing experience.

Trying to return and still not resolved. Return process is not worth ordering directly from this company again.

The item was received in a timely manner. I’m curious to know why these Frye boots are not stamped on the inside with the Frye logo of authenticity. All my other Frye boots do have the Frye stamp. Hoping that these are not a knock-off :/
